New Year... New Age...

And so Two Thousand and Ten begins!
So happy for the start of a new year.. A new age... New birth.. New Love... New Life.. 
My lovely partner and I have moved into a new townhouse.. so cozy :)
Can't wait to have some beautiful Asheville peeps over for a little house warming get together...
Haven't updated in a while.. Been a little hectic with the packing, moving, unpacking, rearranging.. sigh.
Happy to say that I brought the new year in a most glorious fashion...
Spent the evening singing sacred songs and twirling about with lovely family-friends to amazing live music.
At midnight we all spun together in a BIG circle,
looked into each others eyes,
and sent out so much love from our hearts...
OoO what a beautiful night it was!
Topped it off with our friends house party and danced our booties off to some mamba mabo spanish musik!
Now to make my days flow as beautifully as that one joyous night..
Trying to bundle up and stay warm.. Hard to fight the snow and cold!

Sista Lovely's 30th

Winter's approaching, but we all manage to stay cozy with the warmth of love... mmmmm

Celebrating births ... 30 years of life ... and the goodness of a heart ...

Meghan shared a special evenin' with us all this past Wednesday; sippin' on cider, munchin' on hummus n' veggies & enjoyin' the sweet tunes of Kali Das & his acoustic guitar... So blessed we be. 

Greensboro

Home from a weekend in Greensboro~

What a beautiful time... Mama Cori cooked a mean turkey din din on Thursday, then Daim n' I drove to Greensboro to see his grandma and eat a wonderful Shabbat meal on Friday night. Very wonderful experience! I had never had a traditional Jewish meal.

On Saturday we drove to Asheboro and went to the zoo - the giraffes were sleeping, but we still got to see some lions.

    Daim and I thought we'd try to fly away on a bumble bee...

We made our way over to the polar bear and the aquatic animals. We tried to capture some shots of the seals, but they swim so fast! We got a snap of the coca cola bear though ;) He looked a little sleepy...
